Cyrus is set to appear in the R-rated sequel alongside veteran Kim Cattrall.

In the leaked scene, Samantha Jones wants to look “hot and young” and winds up on a red carpet with Cyrus wearing – gasp! – the same dress. In typical fashion, perpetual sidekick Anthony yells out, “Mother of God. She is wearing the same dress as Hannah Montana!”

Noah Cyrus, the 9-year-old sister of Miley, is causing a Internet stir for a Halloween costume she wore last weekend.

Rightcelebrity wrote that the costume is “way too sexy for a 9-year old!”

“Obviously, these costumes are going to cause a stir, and the Cyrus family knows the Internet really can be a mean place—just look at all the scrutiny Miley deals with on an almost daily basis,” read the E! blog. “So it seems odd they would willingly subject a 9-year-old to such criticism.”

A writer at the Toronto Star sniped of the costume: “Trick … or treat? Pretty much both, at least for pedophiles.”

The teens and tweens of the U.S.A. have spoken, and the worst celebrity influence of 2009 is . . . Miley Cyrus.

JSYK.com (Just So You Know), AOL’s pop culture blog aimed at 9-15 year olds, recently tallied 44,594 online votes for its first, eponymous awards.

On the flipside, the Just So You Know Awards found Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift, and Emma Watson scoring in the “Best Celeb Influence” category.
